Water Storage Facility Inspections

Regular inspections and maintenance are essential for safe, efficient and economical operation of water storage facilities. Upon completion of an inspection, Landmark Municipal Services (LMS) provides a comprehensive report detailing repairs performed during the inspection, recommendations for additional repair and safety upgrades, budget quotations and full video/photo documentation.

Clean, Inspect and Report (CIR)

AWWA recommends that water tanks be washed out and inspected at least every three years.

Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)

When the water storage facility cannot be taken out of service, full internal inspections are performed using the LMS remotely operated submersible vehicle.
